I guess we should start considering doing a proper family portrait sometime soon, but in the meantime these will have to do.

I made this for/of the one and only David Warren Holmes, the Fifth (they should so just call him "5" or "Cinco").

Occupational

I don't know who I've told, but I started a new job about a month ago. It's still at UK, just a different part--now at the ITS Security office at Regency Road Office Park. I read and type stuff; that's really about all that needs to be said.
Picture is more-or-less accurate depiction of my workday (expect for the cigar, and I also have a monitor).

Building a Ramp

The most recent project at my house has been the building of our mini-ramp. It took a little less than a week to complete, mainly working after work until bedtime with the exception of the Friday night I was out there until about 2:30. Thanks to Wes and Steve-O for all of the time and effort and for missing most of the last night that Buster's was open because you helped me until midnight. Big ups.

Jackson

Jack has arrived and is fine form. Born February 17th, 2008, he is now around 4 1/2 months old and right on target for all of the developmental milestones according to the pediatrician (except for height where, at 4 months, he was the same as the average 7-month-old--Go figure).

Ultrasound Day!!!

So....
We had the ultrasound today and it's a boy. The plan is to name him Jackson Nicholas Truitt (unless someone wants to buy the rights to the kid's name). Sorry Clinton. Maybe Dalton for the second boy. I'll have to run that by Carrie first. I guess I'll post some pics on here or something.
Maybe a thought or two. Stay tuned, people. This could get interesting.
