It's been November 1st since I was last officially working and, although at times stressful and traumatic, I love being at home with Jack.
Every day is a treat to be with him and converse with him and watch him grow up. He blows me away with the new things he learns all the time--I am flabbergasted at his facial expressions and his intonations! So much of his life I would be missing if I was at a job.
Don't get me wrong--I'm looking for a new job everyday, but I've come to realize how truly lucky I am to have this time with my amazing, brilliant, beautiful, perfect little boy!
